West Lake
We start out with sunset shots at Emperor Bao Dai’s derelict seaplane port on West Lake, now a spot for local fishermen and trendy Hanoian kids.

From here, we head round tranquil Truc Bach Lake, towards a traditional night market, an atmospheric location for shooting with reflections and frames.

After a street photography session in some busy areas for local cuisine, we’ll pass by Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest Buddhist temple in the capital.

Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
We finish up with the changing of the guard at Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, an event as photogenic for the gathered local crowds as the ceremony itself. It all makes for an unforgettable evening exploring a photographer’s Hanoi.
