Overview

When I was a child, my mother always tried to cook wonderful meals for me by her whole heart. My passion to food is inspired from her. I was born in a small village of Vietnam, and there are so many special traditional dishes here. My favorite dish was "Spring rolls", I could eat in every special holidays or celebration.
There are many other Vietnamese dishes which are so attractive. If you learn or research a little bit about Vietnamese cuisine, you will know that there are many kinds of fresh herbs which have strong smell and good for our health. I love almost fresh herbs and often eat some dishes made with herbs.
I can cook almost traditional food and always try to practice them to make them more perfect. I will show you how to create the wonderful Vietnamese dishes.
