Our expert guide will meet you at Apron Up Cooking Class and then take you on a guided tour of the local market. You will learn about the traditional spices, ingredients and be guided through how to bargain like a local Vietnamese. You will get to visit, see the traditional market lifestyle and get a taste of the local culture because we all know that nothing gets you closer to any culture more than food. After you have experienced the local market and bought your ingredients for the cooking class, our guide will take you back to the kitchen for your cooking lesson.
